At Bhagalpur Silks, we are committed to delivering premium-quality Bhagalpuri textiles. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• You received a damaged or defective product.
• You received the wrong item.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
• Products without original packaging or tags.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
• Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrectly delivered).

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number.
3. Share clear photographs or a short video showing the issue.
4. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will offer a replacement, subject to product availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

6. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, or manufacturing defect), we will bear the return shipping cost where applicable.
• If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

7. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the standard return policy will apply if the product is eligible.

8. Color & Design Variation

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen settings, lighting, or the handcrafted nature of certain products. Such minor variations are not considered defects.
